All of our technicians are factory trained and have the knowledge and skills to resolve your problem and get you back to your work. We understand that the repairs should be completed as soon as possible. To make it more convenient, we’ll send out our technicians directly to you for the repair.

Aftermarket modification product support
In some cases, customers may decide they want to modify a product from CPF. Our products are custom-fabricated, not molded; therefore, making modifications and repairs is easier. Modifications are performed either by sending the product back to your nearest CPF location or scheduling a service visit with one of our friendly Field Service Technicians. Our Technicians can travel directly to your location to perform the modification.

Post-warranty product support
If a problem arises after your warranty terms have expired, you can call our Field Service Department to schedule a service call. All travel expenses or shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
